ADHA and Autism Spectrum
Behavioral interventions can help children and adults with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders learn to minimize the effects of their symptoms on daily living.
ADHD and Autism therapies don’t affect the core symptoms, but they teach skills that can be used to control and better manage them.
ADHD and Autism Skills
Our therapies focus on developing four key skillsets for managing ADHA and Autism symptoms:
Sustained Focus
the practice of being fully aware and present in this one moment
Social Awareness
understanding social situations and developing appropriate responses
Staying Organized
developing skills and techniques to minimize clutter, mentally and environmentally
Behavior Awareness
identifying disruptive behavior that can cause problems at school or work
