Sasha Lounmala is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She provides full range psychiatric-mental health care across the lifespan to evaluate, diagnose, prescribe and administer psychotherapy. Sasha treats a variety of mental health conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and OCD. 

Prior to joining The Monarch Center, Sasha worked with Veterans as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Resident with the Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Health Care System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During her time in clinical residency, her rotation experience included Outpatient Behavioral Services, Primary Care Mental Health Integration, Acute Psychiatric Inpatient Hospitalization, and Intensive Community Mental Health Recovery Services.

Sasha understands the development of trust and rapport are crucial in mental healthcare. Her mission is to create a therapeutic partnership with her patients, establish tailored treatment plans, and deliver supportive therapy to enhance and improve each person’s overall function and well-being.
