Grab a cup of coffee and join us for an exciting online event, Parent University: DBT Skills Coaching for Parents and Families! This event is designed to help parents and families learn effective skills to improve communication, manage emotions, and build stronger relationships with their children. During this interactive session, a therapist experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will guide you through practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. Whether you’re dealing with challenging behaviors, big emotions, conflicts, or simply want to enhance your parenting skills, this event is for you!

Hosted by Sarah Post, LSCSW, who brings her expertise to the forefront in this educational program. Drawing from her extensive background, she translates the techniques used with therapy clients into an accessible format tailored for individuals navigating their day-to-day lives. While Sarah practices therapy in her private practice setting, she assumes the roles of a coach and educator for this course, not operating in a treatment capacity.
