Her journey in this field has been marked by a steadfast pursuit of knowledge and skill, including intensive training from the respected Behavioral Tech Institute for DBT. Through her dedication, Sarah has supported numerous individuals in gaining control of their lives and emotional experiences.

Specializing in teens, adults, and parents, Sarah offers a validating space to explore new skills a gain control of emotions. Her approach is direct while remaining nonjudgmental and supportive her client’s personal goals.

Sarah’s passion goes beyond therapy. She’s a pioneer in perinatal mental health, understanding the ups and downs of new parenthood. Through her nonprofit in Wichita, she offers treatment to women with postpartum depression and anxiety, and parents who have suffered pregnancy loss.

Combining her expertise in DBT and perinatal health, Sarah has crafted innovative programs to support parents dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges in their children. By blending evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of family dynamics, she equips parents with the tools they need to thrive together.

Starting her journey at the University of Kansas, Sarah’s commitment to mental health only grows stronger. She’s continually learning, including specialized training in Prolonged Exposure from the University of Minnesota.
