Kristin Woodruff
About Me:
Kristin Woodruff is an intern finishing her Master’s Degree in Counseling at Wichita State. She completed her practicum at WSU’s WISE Counseling Clinic, and has experience working with individuals with mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
Kristin believes that everyone has the tools they need to heal within themselves, and she sees her role as that of a facilitator to help you access your own power. She believes in utilizing a non-judgmental and holistic, person-centered approach to provide clients with a safe space to address their concerns and grow as people.
She uses a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients reach their goals effectively. She looks forward to walking with you on your mental health journey!
